What junk are you leaving behind in 2011?
Failures in my past definitely stops me from moving forward.
Why? I do not like the feeling of being rejected, being hurt and how other people may think about my failures.
The funny thing is, although I tried many things in the past that did not work regarding to building an online business and never follow through with a product launch, but no body knows what will happen tomorrow.
A successful product launch could just be around the corner but if I let my fear stops me and not follow through, I will never find out.
So I am leaving behind my fear of failure and distractions that takes away my productivity in 2011 and embracing success and prosperity in 2012 =)
What junk are you leaving behind in 2011? =)
Hit “Click to continue” and let me know in the comments area!

All the problems, quarrels, fights, sorrows, tears etc. which I had in 2011 and don't even wish to rewind my life and think about them in the future!!!
I'm leaving behind the nightmare high tech career I've had for over 21 years. Filled with callous, insensitive, uncaring people. In the past 2 years I've met some fantastic people through social networking. I'm now sleeping better, feel less tired, and looking forward to greater things.
Yes it's practically true, but we can free ourselves if we clear yesterday's stuff within today and wait for tomorrow's problem to arrive!
Leaving behind: self doubt, single goals, and all the nay-sayers. Taking with me: Ultimate goals (no small steps anymore), "Reaching with my feet" (thanks +Pedro ordeP ), Vision, supportive and supported loved ones and friends, Persistence (failures welcome), and a good bottle of great single malt scotch!
I know the feeling. You built your hopes up and your are always disappointed. It's probably PVC.
This has nothing to do with this quote, so I will be short on this. I have 400+ people following me and I am following 1000+ people. Not everyone of them are my friends. What I do is reach out and interact with them, and if they interact back with me, we can get to know each other, just like what we are doing now. And I had made some great new friends, had great conversations on here =)
+Brian Kwong One example: people accumulate friends as numbers, but how many really are your friends? I never understood that ... Now that's social network? Do you agree?
We dont' practice this stuff because its not recognized, its not taught in school, and most of us are not aware of it. Its nobody's fault. Certainly not humanity's fault. Which is why I do what I can to inspire and share daily wisdom so hopefully can support and empower more people =)
Thats a great point +Joe Yamada If we walk forward, dont' look back and IF nothing is in the way, we wont' fall. The problem is we carry around burdens and yesterday's junk and put it right in front on our path, without even knowing it. For example, my first love was a Korean girl, she broke my heart and I made a decision that I will never date a Korean girl again and all Korean girls are "Bitchy". What shows up in my mind when I meet a new Korean girl that I have never met in my life? "She must be bitchy and I better watch out" Is this true? of course not.In this example, I am carrying that decision with me and its on my path right in front of me. Most us pretend bad experiences should stay in our past and we shouldn't look back, without knowing that we are actually carrying that junk around and it is altering our vision and affecting us everyday. Which is where this quote comes in.Can you find an example like that in your life?
Exactly +Joe Yamada while it is a simple concept, most of us do not recognize we carry around yesterday's burden and wonder why new things don't work in to our life. This is just a reminder for us so we keep our eyes on creating new space by recognizing and letting go of yesterdays junk, which will propel us forward in life =)
Oh really? I didn't get it, which is why I said, er ok. Can you explain what you mean by bla bla bla then? =)
im discarding holding myself back. im discarding fear of new opportunities.. i am also discarding some friends :) but c'est la vie its a new year :)
what are you discarding +Neeta Tolani? =) any examples?I am discarding not focusing on one opportunity at a time, leading me to jump from one thing to another in 2011 =)
Great Martin1 what goals you got in 2012?
The junk I will have to leave behind will definitely be procrastinating things. No matter how pressed I am, I really need to ensure that I get important things done. I ignored that in 2011 and paid for it so I am definitely not bringing it to 2012. Hope we all get a great year.
Yes, very true. Leave the Junk behind so we can have a new start with new hope to the new year. Happy 2012 :)
Good for you +Madhan G V, nothing is wrong with our past, letting it go without resisting or making it wrong will support you to move forward =)
Thanks +Melody Lynn! Great question leads to great answer so I do my best =) Have a great new year in 2012!

I am not a Product Launch expert. I am just an original guy who is very curious about how people launch their products online. Which is why I will be doing interviews and research to gather all the resource you need to launch your product successfully. You will find useful content and inspirations no matter where you are on your entrepreneur journey.
